Laptop Mount Increases Productivity
Greetings!
In a moment you should be angry that you have not found this laptop computer mounting solution long ago! I hear this all the time from new clients. I do understand you’re situation you’re having the same problems I had as well as my clients, before these laptop mounts were invented. You have too much daily workload, your data needs to be entered and updated, your field work and client files are falling behind, time spent on the road is not productive, you need a mobile office so that your laptop can be used right when you need it.
We all have 24 hours in a day it’s what you do with that time that separates success from failure.
Before laptop mounts were created we were not able to input our data until we got back to the office, or if we did open the computer it was not easy to input or to pull data from. Sometimes right after a sales meeting you just need to put some notes down about the meeting when you get to the car, with one of these mounts it’s a snap. Maybe you or your service personnel are working in the field with a laptop and it’s not productive for them because it’s on the seat, or worse in the trunk, all because the mounting solution wasn’t available, until now!
What To Do With Your Automobile VIN Number History

What To Do With Your Automobile VIN Number History
by: Rishi Chawla
Did you know that the VIN number to your automobile is more than just a series of numbers used for identification? In fact, the VIN number of your car can actually reveal to you the history of your vehicle. How can this be so? With a VIN number, you can find out who owned you are car in the past, whether or not the vehicle has been in any accidents and more. In fact, the VIN number is often used from car dealers that travel from home to automobile auctions to determine whether or not a vehicle is worth bidding on before they travel to the auction and place their bids.
Much like a strand of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), the VIN number of your vehicle is an identification number like no other—the VIN number of your vehicle relates solely to the vehicle you have purchased or you plan on purchasing and no other vehicle in the world has the same VIN number as the one your car possesses. In fact, there is even a decoding process when it comes to VIN numbers—a VIN number can be decoded by breaking down the various combinations of letters and numbers—all which have a significant meaning. For example, one number will denote the country that the car was built in, another number will denote the manufacturer, and certain numbers even denote the cars features.
2010 Dodge Challenger: Back to the Future!

2010 Dodge Challenger: Back to the Future!
by: Matthew C. Keegan
Blogs, car sites, and auto shows have been hyping up the concept Dodge Challenger to the point where you would think that the car is almost ready to roll off of a DCX assembly line. To say that the prototype is being well received is an understatement — quite frankly if the Challenger was available for sale today the waiting list would be many months long. Such is the demand for a retro car that takes its styling cues right from the ‘71 Challenger.
As it currently stands, the car will be built as DaimlerChrysler has given its blessing to the new Challenger. Still, the Challenger is more than three years from being manufactured as it is likely to be released some time during 2009 as a 2010 model. Yes, the wait will be hard for many, but if the hype equals the performance, then the wait will certainly be worth your while.

Make Way for the GMC Canyon
by: Joe Thompson
The GMC Canyon is a compact pickup. This vehicle shares it basic design and powertrain with the Chevrolet Colorado. Offered in three body styles, the GMC Canyon is a pickup to consider. This vehicle looks impressive. It also brags about a lot of power as well as a spacious interior. The cargo space is also very accommodating.
The body styles comprise of the regular cab body style, the extended cab body style, and the Crew cab body style. For regular cabs, the maximum capacity of passengers it can take in its cabin is three. The extended cab has a rear hinged back door and has the capacity to take in a maximum passenger capacity of five due to two rear jump seats. As per the Crew cab, this body style holds four doors and has a maximum capacity of welcoming in six people because of its folding rear bench. The GMC Canyon is very much suited for personal use as well as light duty use. Even if it is a pickup it probably would not be able to work well for commercial use, heavy hauling, as well as for towing functions.

Advice For Driving To The World Cup This Summer
by: Simon Jacobs
With this year’s football World Cup now only months away, tens of thousands of young people from all corners of England are getting ready to travel to Germany this summer.
Students are hoarding their loans and increasing their SuperNoodle intake in order to save money, whilst those of us that have whored ourselves to the world of work are desperately trying to suck up to the boss and get our holiday dates accepted.
But with aeroplane tickets already reaching astronomical prices, the only remaining option for most football fans is to drive to Germany. The ferry ports and the Channel Tunnel won’t know what’s hit them in June as hordes of fans squeeze into vans, buses and clapped-out old bangers, heading off to Germany in search of football heaven.
So if you’re one of those football junkies off on a mission to get three-lionised this summer, do make sure you’re properly prepared, or else when James drops the ball, Owen breaks his other foot and Rooney socks someone, leaving England knocked-out and tearful, you’ll have more than just a lost football match to cry about.

2007 Nissan Versa: Gen “Y”, Take Notice
by: Matthew C. Keegan
Automakers are clamoring to build and market cars to the Generation “Y” crowd which, loosely defined, and encompasses new drivers and mostly everyone who is under 30. Toyota threw the gauntlet down in 2003 when they introduced a line of cars under the Scion brand. Now, Nissan is responding and the Versa - to be released during the summer of 2006 - is their answer. Will the Versa compete successfully or be lost in a sea of Gen “Y” vehicles soon to flood the market? All of that is too early to determine, so let’s take a look at the Versa and what the car has to offer to motorists.
A visit to Nissan’s website reveals much about the Versa. Unlike a certain Scion vehicle that takes its styling cues from a toaster, the Versa is aerodynamic and reminds me of the Toyota Matrix. Available as a four door sedan or five door hatchback, the Versa is expected to retail for around $12,000, the same price range as Scion vehicles. Like Scion, the Versa will be fairly well equipped to give motorists a value packed experience without having to add on several thousands more to the base sticker price in order to achieve a satisfactory and comfortable driving experience.

Tips On Dealing With Auto Fraud
by: Rishi Chawla
The auto industry and their dealers are rife with scams and fraud and the potential buyer needs to be armed with the knowledge of how these scams work and how to avoid them. There are many dealers that run reputable businesses and can get buyers into a vehicle without using fraudulent means, but there are always those individuals or companies that are looking for ways to take consumers for a ride. The state of California, San Diego and Los Angeles in southern California in particular, is home to many of these scam artists. Even smaller states like Oklahoma have their share of fraud cases and attorneys there are as busy as lawyers in the larger California market. If you are fortunate, you won’t be a victim of one of these disreputable dealers, but it is wise to be aware of potential scams before you head to the dealer. Here are some tips on dealing with auto fraud.

Used Auto Warranty Warning: Beware Dealer-Issued Extended Auto Warranty Coverage
by: Joel Walsh
Buying a used car? You need an extended auto warranty to protect you from expensive surprises down the road. But be careful when your dealer tries to sell you used auto extended warranty coverage. Usually, the dealer is simply reselling used auto warranties issued by a used auto warranty company, with a markup of up to $1000. You could just as easily have bought the extended warranty directly from the auto warranty company.
But overpaying for a third-party used car extended auto warranty is certainly not the worst used auto warranty deal you can get. The worst auto extended warranty deal is to buy one that isn’t issued by a third party at all.
Dealer-Issued Extended Auto Warranties Explained
Yes, some dealers actually sell extended auto warranties they’ve created themselves. These dealer-issued auto warranties typically only allow you to get service at the dealership. They either don’t cover repairs done anywhere else at all, or they only cover emergency repairs for breakdowns.
Often, a dealer-issued used auto extended warranty even restricts you to getting maintenance at the dealership only. With a captive clientele, the dealerships often charge much more than local mechanics.

2007 Automotive Sneak Peek, Part 3!
by: Matthew C. Keegan
Many model year 2007 vehicles have already hit new car showrooms starting with several new SUVs built by General Motors. The upcoming model year is shaping up as one likely to be filled with many changes as automakers reshape their line ups and prepare for the coming invasion of cheap imports from China. The choices for consumers have never been better and prices are actually lower for many models, therefore competition is good and you are the winner. Let’s take a look at five vehicles certain to grab much attention as they are released during this year.
Ford Explorer Sport Trac - Based on the Explorer body, the Sport Trac has a wheelbase that is nearly 17 inches longer than the Explorer and a bed made out of composite material. With four doors and a truck bed, the SUV/pick up truck “hybrid” does double duty with plenty of style. Powered by a 4.0L V6, the 4.6L V8 found in the Expedition is also available. You can get the Sport Trac in either 2 of 4 wheel drive.
